The Brass Contraption is an enemy introduced in Risk of Rain 2.
Behavior[]
The Brass Contraptions are floating bell-like entities comprised of two circular metal pieces that surround a small bell. Their only form of offense is to summon three spiky metal balls above themselves, and then launch them towards the player. Both the summoning and launching let out a telltale sound, making them pretty easy to avoid.
However, as the balls are launched rapidly, dodging one may leave the player open for the other two. These also deal massive damage, and elites may kill the player in one hit.
