Hopoo Games is an American indie video game developer. It was founded by Paul Morse and Duncan Drummond in 2012, when they were two students from the University of Washington.[1] They are known for the creation of Risk of Rain, launched in November 8th, 2013. They later developed Deadbolt (2016) and the sequel Risk of Rain 2 (2019, Early Access).[2]
