The Sentient Meat Hook is an unlockable Rare item in Risk of Rain 2.
Whenever an attack hits an enemy, there is a 20% chance for homing Hook projectiles to be fired from that enemy at up to 10 others, for 100% damage. This effect also slightly pulls the hooked enemies towards the enemy that the effect was triggered on. Each subsequent Hook increases the chance by an additional 20% and the number of potential targets by 5.
The Sentient Meat Hook can be triggered by the Engineer's turrets.
Completing the "Deja Vu?" Challenge unlocks this item.
