Spirit is an artifact that can be found in the Temple of the Elders - Holy Grounds Area on the bottom of the map. It can be acquired by any character by going far to the right and falling to the platforms that have been added, then it's only jump skills, but can be done more easier with mobility items, such as Photon Jetpack or Hoopoo Feather. However, the artifact has a small chance of not spawning. When active, it makes both your character and enemies run faster when low on health.
