This item is a reference to the MMO game Maplestory. The pickup text is an example of how players tried to sell items in the game, using symbols (@) to make their chat windows larger. Also, the "White Shirt (M)" was a commonly modified item in Maplestory
Additionally, it is found in the secret area Boar Beach which is a reference to the popular hidden level Pig Beach in Maplestory.
